In 2009 and 2010, Plantation General Hospital updated its core values, which focus on the relationships, friendships and partnerships that drive service excellence, positive outcomes and the mission and values of HCA, Plantation General’s parent company. Working with the Plantation General team of employees, a new culture was developed based on the “ships.”

The Core Values are the following 5 “ships”
